The difference between low-metal BRAKE PADS and semi-metal brake pads is that the steel wool content is relatively low and the performance is more stable. Low-metal brake pads have smooth braking and meet environmental protection requirements; the use of low metal and porous and granular materials can reduce the density of products, reduce the degree of damage to the brake disc and noise; braking is comfortable and the dual wear is small.
It has the following advantages:
1. Very low thermal decay and good braking performance. Even when the temperature of the brake disc is as high as 600 degrees, the brake pad can still ensure that the vehicle has good braking performance to ensure safety.
2. Low noise.
3. Low dust. There are only 1 to 2 kinds of static powders in the low-metal brake pad materials, and the other materials are non-static materials. In this way, the powder will be carried away by the wind as the vehicle moves, and will not adhere to the wheel hub to affect the appearance.
4. It has a good service life, wear resistance, and no pollution.
